1. General Provisions

iTicket.MA SARL, located at Secteur 15, Bloc V, N° 10, Rue Annaima, Hay Riad, Rabat, Morocco, operates an online ticketing platform in accordance with Moroccan law.
You have just connected to the iTicket.MA website operated by iTicket.MA SARL. Any order placed on www.iticket.ma implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
You must read carefully the following provisions as they constitute a contract establishing the general conditions of the products and services of the electronic catalog of iTicket.MA SARL.
Consequently, you may only order products or services if you accept the conditions set out below.

2. Orders

All orders are firm and final once confirmed by email. Tickets may only be modified with the prior approval of iTicket.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. To complete your order, you may choose one of the payment methods offered by iTicket.MA SARL on the payment page.
In this case, the transaction for debiting your account is processed on the day following the delivery confirmation.
Your online payments are secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which provides a fully secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees that they have the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method when validating the order form.
In the case of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the payment method, as stated in the agreements between the Consumer and the card issuer and between iTicket.MA SARL and its banking institution, shall apply.

4. Ticket Delivery

Tickets are issued electronically and include a unique QR code. Only the first presentation grants access to the event. No duplicate will be issued.

5. Cancellation and Refund

Tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation of the event. In case of event cancellation or postponement, ticket refunds or exchanges will be processed according to the organizer’s policies.
If the event is interrupted after more than half of its scheduled duration, no refund or compensation shall be due. The organizer reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, or lineups without prior notice and without compensation.

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 under the supervision of the CNDP. For any request, please contact us at [email protected].

7. Liability

iTicket shall not be held responsible for any modifications, postponements, or cancellations beyond its control. It is recommended to verify event information 24 hours before its scheduled time.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rabat.

9. Force Majeure

iTicket.MA SARL shall only be bound to perform its obligations to the extent that no event of force majeure prevents their execution.

10. Special Terms — Marrakech Short Film Festival 2026

These special terms apply to every ticket purchase for the Marrakech Short Film Festival 2026 (“MARRAKECHsFF”), in addition to iTicket.MA SARL’s General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these special terms shall prevail in relation to the relevant festival activities.

10.1 Attendance and personal responsibility

The ticket holder attends the festival, including screenings, ceremonies, talks, panel discussions, masterclasses, parties and related activities, at their own responsibility.

The ticket holder agrees to comply with all safety instructions, venue rules and regulations, and directions issued by the festival team, organizers, security personnel and venue representatives.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Marrakech Short Film Festival, its organizing association, partners, iTicket.MA SARL and host venues shall not be liable for incidents, accidents, loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or other circumstances reasonably beyond their control, except where liability arises from a fault or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10.2 Personal insurance

The purchase of a ticket does not include personal accident, health, travel, cancellation, theft or personal-property insurance.

Each attendee remains solely responsible for obtaining any personal insurance they consider necessary for attending the festival.

10.3 Photography, filming and image rights

The ticket holder acknowledges that the Marrakech Short Film Festival is a public cultural event during which photographs, videos, sound recordings and audiovisual recordings may be made.

By attending the festival, the ticket holder authorizes the organizer of MARRAKECHsFF to use their image, voice or likeness where they appear incidentally or as part of the general coverage of the event, in photographs and audiovisual materials created for the festival’s communication, promotion, documentation and archival purposes.

Such materials may be used on the festival website, social-media platforms, press and media materials, festival publications and future promotional content relating to MARRAKECHsFF, without additional remuneration.

This authorization is granted subject to applicable personal-data protection laws. Requests relating to personal data or the exercise of applicable rights may be sent to [email protected] and/or to the contact designated by the festival organizer.

10.4 Mandatory acceptance

A ticket purchase for the Marrakech Short Film Festival 2026 cannot be completed unless the purchaser expressly accepts these special terms.

Acceptance is collected electronically during checkout and recorded with the transaction information, including the date and time of acceptance, order identifier, accepted terms version and, where appropriate, technical information needed to ensure traceability.
