Ticket refund or change

Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. In case of event cancellation or postponement, ticket refunds or exchanges will be processed according to the organizer's policies. If the event is interrupted after more than half of its scheduled duration, no refund or compensation shall be due. The organizer reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, or lineups without prior notice and without compensation.

Please note that when a refund is issued through CashPlus, a CashPlus transaction fee is deducted from the refunded amount. The fee varies depending on the refund amount and is set by CashPlus, not by iTicket.MA. The customer therefore receives the ticket value minus the applicable CashPlus fee.
