Ticket refund or change

Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable.  In case of event cancellation or postponement, ticket refunds or exchanges will be processed according to the organizer’s policies. If the event is interrupted after more than half of its scheduled duration, no refund or compensation shall be due. The organizer reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, or lineups without prior notice and without compensation.
