1. Purpose
This Privacy Policy describes how iTicket.MA SARL collects, uses, and protects personal information in compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09‑08 and CNDP regulations.
2. Data Collection
We collect data necessary for ticket sales, communication, and personalized services, including name, contact information, and purchase details.
3. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.
4. Use of Data
Collected data is used for order processing, customer support, and marketing communications, with user consent.
5. Data Sharing
Data is only shared with payment providers (e.g. CMI and CashPlus), messaging service providers such as WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) when you opt in to receive notifications via WhatsApp, or the competent authorities when required by law. Some of these providers may process your data outside Morocco; such transfers are governed by the safeguards provided under Law 09-08 and by each provider's own privacy policy.
6. WhatsApp Communications
With your consent, iTicket.MA SARL may send you transactional notifications (order confirmations, e-tickets, event reminders, session updates) and, where applicable, promotional messages via WhatsApp. The phone number you provide to us is shared with WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group), acting as a sub-processor, and is processed in accordance with WhatsApp's privacy policy available at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.
You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving these messages at any time by replying STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages, by disabling the corresponding option in your iTicket.MA account, or by writing to [email protected]. The content of exchanged messages is retained only for the period strictly necessary to provide the service and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, and at the latest five (5) years after your last interaction.
7. User Rights
Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their data by contacting [email protected]. Requests are handled in accordance with CNDP procedures. Regarding WhatsApp communications, you may also exercise your right to object by replying STOP to any message received, without prejudice to the other rights above.
8. Security
We apply strict measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access or misuse.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Rabat.
